$15 + GST per/month. Minimum 3-month term
Transaction fees apply: 2.0% on all NZ Credit card and contactless Debit cards. 2.9% on all overseas Credit cards.
Debit/VISA cards will be added by end of Q1 2025.

FAQ
What are the fees?
Kiwi Eftpos doesn’t charge a set-up fee. There is a monthly fee of $12.50 + GST for the App and Worldline network fee. 2.0% on all NZ Credit card and contactless Debit cards. 2.9% on all overseas Credit cards.
Who can sign up?
Any business, incorporated society, charity or sole trader is able to sign up, providing they are able to supply the correction identification and verification details.
Note – Some business types are unable to sign up due to Credit card scheme rules.
Note – This will not suit full time busy businesses, or connect to POS or other software in any way.
What type of phone can I use?
Mobile phones used can be either Android or Apple, they must support suitable NFC (contactless) reader.
Can I use the App without mobile reception?
Tap On Mobile requires an internet connection or mobile reception, the Tap on Mobile app does not support offline transactions.
What happens if I need to refund a customer?
You can easily refund customers through the easy-to-use app.
Can I see my transactions?
Yes, you can easily view your transactions in real time using the Tap on Mobile app
How do I send a receipt?
Receipts can be easily sent through the app via email, by inputting the customer’s details after the transaction.
How quickly will we receive funds?
Funds are settled into your account the next day, funds are processed 7 days, a week 365 days of the year.
What types of cards can I accept?
You can accept contactless payments on all major credit and debit cards including VISA and Mastercard and EFTPOS cards with payWave. You can accept payments from customers using their phone wallet or similar.
Are transactions secure?
Yes, all transactions are secure as they follow the same security technology as Eftpos terminals. The app monitors backend components and is tested rigorously to maintain industry standards.
