What are Merchant Services and Payment Facilities?
Merchant Services is a financial service allowing businesses to accept payments via EFTPOS and Credit Card. Typically, you would need to go to your bank to get a merchant services number, BUT we are an approved Worldline partner for Merchant Services/Payment Facility provider, quicker than the banks to get approved.

What am I going to need?
- Form of identification of all shareholders who own more than 25% of business
- Proof of address of all shareholders who own more than 25% of business
- Proof of business bank account
What are the fees?
0.99% on all Debit Card contactless transactions
1.7% on all NZ Credit Card transactions
2.9% on all Overseas Credit Card transactions
Note – These fees only apply to normal EFTPOS terminals on the Worldline network.
Can any business sign up?
Most businesses can sign up with us, unfortunately, due to certain laws we are unable to sign up certain business categories.
